Thank you for using Haokir services. We want AI to be a reliable collaborator for people, which requires every user to help maintain an environment that is safe, rights-respecting, and careful about verification. These terms apply to Haokir, Hydite, Cauiril, Vtslx AO, and related websites, applications, interfaces, and support services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Terms and accounts

By using the Services, you agree to these terms, product-specific rules, acceptable-use requirements, and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

Keep account information accurate and protect your credentials. Do not share, rent, or permit unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activity under it and should act promptly if you notice suspicious access.

The Services are not directed to anyone below the minimum age required in their location. Minors must have permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.

2. Responsible use

Subject to these terms and applicable law, Haokir grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the Services. You may not use them to break the law, infringe rights, evade security or rate controls, extract protected system components, scrape content at scale, interfere with others, impersonate people, or misrepresent AI-generated material as human-made.

Organizations are responsible for configuring access, audit, data-classification, and deployment controls suitable for their use. Administrators may manage members, permissions, and organization content within organization accounts.

3. Content and AI output

You may submit prompts, files, code, data, and other materials (“Input”) and receive model or workflow results (“Output”). Together they are “Content.” You are responsible for Content and represent that you have the rights, permissions, and authority needed to submit Input and use Output.

As between you and Haokir, you retain rights in Input and, where permitted by law, Haokir assigns to you any rights it may have in Output. Output may not be unique; others may receive similar results. Third-party, open-source, and external-tool material can be subject to separate terms.

AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Review it before relying on, publishing, or using it for important decisions. It is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, hiring, credit, or other professional advice, and must not be the sole basis for decisions with significant effects on people.

4. Safety and high-risk uses

Do not use the Services to create or facilitate violence, exploitation, malware, fraud, security evasion, or other activity likely to cause real-world harm. Do not use them to identify, track, or discriminate against people, or to make legally or materially significant decisions about people without meaningful human review.

For healthcare, transportation, energy, public safety, financial infrastructure, or other high-risk contexts, establish independent risk assessment, human review, fail-safe procedures, audit logging, and compliance controls. Output is not approval for a high-risk operation.

5. Paid services

Some Services require subscriptions, usage charges, or prepaid credits. Provide valid billing information and pay fees and taxes shown in an order, product page, or enterprise agreement. Except where law or a written agreement requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

6. Changes and termination

We improve the Services continuously and may add, modify, suspend, or retire features. When reasonably practicable, we will give notice of material changes to paid Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, security risks, payment failures, or harm to users or the platform.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haokir does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete security, or error-free output. You decide whether the Services are suitable for your purpose and remain responsible for the consequences of using Output.

To the extent permitted by law, Haokir is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Except for liability that cannot be limited by law, Haokir’s total liability arising from these terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Services in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Updates and contact

We may update these terms for legal, security, technical, or business reasons. We will provide reasonable advance notice of materially adverse changes. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
